Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

2. Prepare Your Return

Include Information: Write your RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure proper processing.

3. Ship the Item

Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
